Exchange & Return Policy

At Namah, we want you to love what you wear. If your purchase isn’t the perfect fit or style, we offer exchange if your order is eligible(check your product eligibility below)

EXCHANGE POLICY:


Eligibility for Exchange:
• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Items should be unused, unwashed and with original tags intact.
• Exchange is possible only for size or style (if available).
• Customized or sale items are NOT eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange:
 • WhatsApp us at 9326564904 with your order details and reason for exchange.
 • Once approved, we will do the needful.


RETURN POLICY:
As an apparel brand, we do offer returns or refunds provided the product is eligible for return.

Return Eligibility (Only for Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Product):
• Must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
• Item should be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

Process:
• WhatsApp us at 9326564904 with your order details and reason for return.
• Once verified, You’ll need to courier the item back to us at your own cost (unless it’s a dispatch error from our side).
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a store credit equivalent to your purchase amount, valid for 6 months.
• The store credit will be sent to you via email/WhatsApp in the form of a unique coupon code, redeemable at checkout.

Non-returnable items:
• Items purchased on sale.
• Customised or altered items.
• Worn, washed or damaged products due to customer handling.
