Do you have Cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, cash on delivery is available all over India. If you opt for cod then shipping cost will be extra. For prepaid orders you can avail of free shipping.

Do you have an Exchange Policy?
Yes, you can exchange your product provided you are eligible for the same.

Eligibility for Exchange:
• Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
• Items should be unused, unwashed and with original tags intact.
• Exchange is possible only for size or style (if available).
• Customized or sale items are NOT eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange:

 • Once approved, we will do the needful.

Do you have a Return Policy?
Yes, you can return your product provided you are eligible for the same.

Return Eligibility (Only for Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Product):
• Must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
• Item should be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

Process:
• WhatsApp us at 9326564904 with your order details and reason for return.
• Once verified, we will arrange a return pickup.
• After we receive and inspect the item, a refund (amount after deducting shipping cost) or replacement (as per your choice) will be processed within 7-8 working days.

Non-returnable items:
• Items purchased on sale.
• Customised or altered items.
• Worn, washed or damaged products due to customer handling.
